This is another one of my favourite podcasts for sure! Hosted by the energetic Brooke Thomas, this podcast is full of bitesize chunks of encouragement, giving you that much needed boost to power through the day. With various topics tackled and a host of different guests, each episode marries together words of wisdom and practical steps in order to help you live life to the fullest.
“Start the way you mean to finish” – a phrase that is quoted so often in relation to difficult tasks, but I think we can also all take this approach to our daily routines.
